Human resources development

At Uhde, human resources (HR) development starts with the careful recruitment of new employees.

Employee selection is therefore conducted in the context of individual talks with the applicant on the basis of the "multiple control principle", i.e. the human resources division, the division in which the applicant will be employed and the Executive Board are required to reach a unanimous decision within the scope of their assessments.

Human resources development programme

Following a successful introductory period, our HR development programme ensures that the development of our trainees is conducted according to standard criteria throughout the company. This HR development programme consists of the following key elements:

  • Professional and personal assessment by superiors
  • Assessment of potential at an Assessment Center
  • Individual development plans
  • Regular development talks
  • Job rotation
  • Assignment abroad
  • Training courses
