Needs-based training

Training not only benefits the company, but is also in the personal interest of each and every employee.

For this reason, great personal initiative is also called for above and beyond our internal training programme. The demand for quality courses has proved to be extremely high.

Supported by external trainers, we provide the following in-company training courses:

  • Vocational courses
  • Computer courses
  • Language courses
  • Character development (e.g. management )

We are of the opinion that training cannot be conducted according to the principle of "equal shares for all", but must instead be applied in a cost-conscious, needs-based manner. For this reason, employees and superiors jointly determine the need for further training and select internal and external courses which represent a secure investment in the future of both the individual employee and the company.
